Some kinds of phone model has come on only fast boot mode when i want to hard reset phone
like some micromax karbonn gionee Etc..

u need Android Multi Tool
just press vol up+ power for 10 to 15 sec
when mobile show fast boot mode
connect with pc
install driver
press 8
now Your phone will be factory restore successfully
